GroAE Refund Policy

At GroAE, we aim to provide a transparent and efficient experience for our clients. Since we do not charge service fees, all payments pertain exclusively to government-mandated fees for the company formation process.

Payment Options

After receiving an estimate from Groae, clients can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Direct Payment to the Freezone: The client makes the payment directly to the Freezone authority.
  • Payment via Groae: The client pays Groae, and we transfer the amount to the relevant Freezone authority on their behalf.

Refunds for Government Fees

Direct Payments to Freezone:

Refunds for payments made directly to the Freezone are subject to the Freezone authority's refund policies and discretion. GroAE has no control or responsibility in these cases.

Payments via GroAE:

  • If the Payment Has Not Been Forwarded to the Freezone: Refund requests will be initiated within 8 hours of receiving the request, provided the payment has not been forwarded or processed to the Freezone.
  • If the Payment Has Been Forwarded to the Freezone: Refunds are subject to the Freezone authority’s discretion. GroAE will assist the client in submitting the refund request to the Freezone, but the timeline for resolution (typically 5–10 working days) depends on the Freezone's policies.

Payment Gateway Charges:

Payment gateway charges will not be refunded or will be refunded only if recoverable from the payment gateway.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed in the following situations:

  1. The Freezone denies the refund request after the payment has been forwarded.
  2. Fees for services already initiated or completed by the Freezone.
  3. Delays or issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Clients must email their refund request to support@groae.com.
  2. Assessment and Processing:
    • If Not Forwarded: Refund requests will be initiated within 8 hours if the payment has not been forwarded to the Freezone.
    • If Forwarded: GroAE will assist in submitting a refund request to the Freezone.
  3. Resolution Timeline: Refunds processed by the Freezone may take 5–10 working days or longer, depending on their internal procedures.

Important Note

GroAE operates with zero service fees, and all payments are strictly related to government fees. GroAE retains no portion of these amounts.
